The Carlino at the Shangri-La Vancouver in partnership with the Kitchen Table Group is the definition of a high-end dining experience and Peregrine was lucky enough to be a part of this beautiful build! The restaurant is a blend of Italian and Chinese cuisines under the guidance of chef Alex Tung whose lengthy career has seen him clock hours under the legendary likes of chefs Jean-Georges Vongerichten, Daniel Boulud, and Christian Delouvrier. Peregrine handcrafted the tall server cabinets, hosting and server stations, walnut veneer wall panels, door frames, wine cabinet, and much more.
