Inspired by Hawaii’s tropical beauty, Earls Waikiki spans nearly 13,000 square feet and seats more than 300 guests beneath open-air skylights surrounded by lush greenery and artwork from local Hawaiian artists. Known for its seafood towers, signature steaks, and handcrafted cocktails, the restaurant delivers a vibrant dining experience in the heart of paradise.

Our millwork package helped define the space, highlighted by a dramatic 45-foot feature bar clad in custom millwork with under-counter panels incorporating unique Tasmanian Burl cork. The host stand features a 3” split-face Steel Grey granite slab, echoing the texture of volcanic stone. Wall paneling combines Shou Sugi Ban-style finishes — tiger-striped Cypress above and charred European White Oak below — creating depth and warmth throughout. Additional scope included service and water stations, bulkhead and hallway trims, washroom doors, vanities and partitions, and stairwell railing paneling with textured glass.

With its open-air design and Hawaii’s fluctuating tropical climate, every element was carefully engineered for durability and performance — resulting in a bold, welcoming space that captures the spirit of Waikiki.
